Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course Outline
The non-credit LSS Green Belt certificate is challenging in all the right ways: It’s an engaging 10-week program designed for those who want to lead change.
The certificate is divided into ten learning modules. Every module is interactive and multimodal. You learn the concept, reinforce it with multimedia examples and understand how to apply it within your own business context.
All core coursework is presented asynchronously and on-demand. You can also choose to attend optional live sessions, which feature coaching and networking opportunities. Participants should plan to spend three to five hours per week on the course.
